Financial Decisions Inc. is a full service independent financial planning and investment dealership operating out of the former Barry family pioneer residence at 1546 Bellevue Avenue, just behind the Bancroft Centre building at the corner of Bancroft Drive in downtown Minnow Lake.

The husband and wife team of John Lindsay and Linda Cartier are shown cutting the ribbon to official open Financial Decisions Inc. in the newly renovated Barry Property, restored as an Historical Site and open for tours to the public each year during Minnow Lake Days. With Linda and John are city counsellors for the area Mike Petryna and Dave Courtemanche plus Sudbury MPP Rick Bartolucci

Although now an office, every effort was made to preserve the former charm of the property which has much historical significance to the area. The Barry’s developed most of the land in Minnow Lake and in New Sudbury, naming many of the streets and donating land for churches and public use. It is hoped that the portion of the property on the lakefront will eventually become parkland.
